Thank you for shopping with IctTubes.com. We hope you’re satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please review the following guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Returns
- All returns must be made within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
- Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@icttubes.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have your RMA, please:
- Securely package the item in its original packaging.
- Include the RMA number and proof of purchase.
- Mail the return to the following address:
Note: You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
Exceptions
Defective or Damaged Items: If your item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us at support@icttubes.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned.
