In 2016—after years of studying the alternative market—The Kashmir brand was born. But this wasn’t a merely another me-too product. Kashmir
had to be a lifestyle. The paisley design speaks of past and present. A timeless pattern that appeals to enthusiasts of all ages. And finally, taking a cue from the successful formula of OHM, ICT committed itself to producing only the highest quality rolling papers at an affordable price.

ICT also had one more flash of inspiration.
